@lolgop I can't understand this "low information" voter. The USA is literally awash with political news and information. They would have to be living under a rock.

Perhaps the point is that so much of the political news in the USA is wrong or irrelevant. But it seems unlikely to me that anybody in the USA, whether new voter or not, could have gone through the Trump presidency and not noticed anything about the man.
