Upgrade to 0.19.4 is cookin' - Divisions by zero

Listen lads, I got a long day ahead of me, having to upgrade pict-rs, postgres and lemmy [https://lemmy.dbzer0.com/post/21761952], so there might be some intermittent downtimes. You know how it is around here…not professionally at all. Just a heads up.
