@TerrorBite @xssfox yup, unfortunately I’ve had a lot of experience, including the fact the only follow up method is a shitty WhatsApp group where someone may get back to you… One of my parcels got lost in the Fastway/Aramex facility and was never found, another one was found weeks later on the parcel shelf behind a drivers seat, another time I had a Datacenter delivery and they had to turn back because he didn’t have a license - the driver was a visa overstay and unlicensed…
