why is it that when i hear about furries from portland its usually bad

@ariadne both of them have been around a while. Maybe it’s not correct, but I assume these Kiwi Farms types are all part of the same group, and their goal is to disrupt the PNW fur community.
I certainly wouldn’t claim them, nor do I think any of the PNW furs in my orbit would.

The population between Kentucky and Oklahoma but the GDP of Connecticut and South Carolina. One of the reasons why "ITS LIKE I'M IN A SMALL TOWN!!!" is such a big deal for Oregon's wider image is because without it, it becomes a very middling state with above average social policies (except schooling and more stuff), partially due to being a coastal state that's in proximity to California and Washington. I can easily believe that weed money is the sole reason the southwestern chunk (Medford, Coos Bay, Roseburg) didn't join the "Greater Idaho" flytrap, even if one doesn't have the full picture.
