Stop making me download your fucking app just to look at something I should be able to see in a browser
@alison @heygeorgie by the time I have called you I have already:
1) Tried on the website
2) Tried on your app.
3) Tried any suggestions from consumer forums.
4) Considered alternative providers of whatever your service is.
5) Considered giving up on the service entirely.
6) Procrastinated at least a week.
Making a phone call is the last resort before I throw your product into the sea.
