And boy howdy - blurry video. Was it always this bad, or am I spoiled by a 4k monitor, or is my cheap-ass RCA to HDMI worth what I paid for it, or have the electronics degraded in what, 35 years - or maybe all of the above.

At least it's not dead, that's nice.
