Mike@rbreich #TFG has been convicted of a State crime, not a Federal crime.
So even if (god forbid) he were elected President in Nov. he can't pardon or commute a State crime, so why do people say it would get him out of it?
If he were serving a State prison sentence, it shouldn't even get him released should it?
