@b0rk Um, I clicked on PDF+Print for $16, and it took me to a page that says $23. Is this because I'm in Canada? I mean, no biggie, I’m going to buy anyhow, but a bit off-putting.

@timbray yeah it's because it's $16 USD, and because Shopify does something really weird around currency conversion that I honestly can't totally explain. I'll put it on my list of things to try to make clearer

@timbray i finally looked it up (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/markets/pricing/exchange-rates ) and it looks like the rules are

$16 USD
-> 21.83 CAD
-> 22.27 CAD (after 2% shopify currency conversion fee)
-> 23 CAD (after shopify rounds the price up for some reason)

I just found the setting to turn off the rounding step, which hopefully makes things clearer? Curious to know what you think.

@b0rk Hmm, the problem isn't so much the amount or the algorithm but that there was nothing on my screen saying “Converted from USD to CAD” or some such. If that’d been there I (and most Canadians) would be “yeah, whatever”.
