Zazzoo 🇨🇦Ni no Kuni II is a fun game but I'd forgotten how problematic the story is.
A cat king, ousted from rule of his kingdom where mice are persecuted, creates a new kingdom where "everybody will be happy."
So with the help of the US President he genocides an indigenous nation ("raiders", also rodents) and sets out to militarily unify the world under his "peaceful" rule.
Sure, the mice tried to kill him during their uprising, I'll give them that, but yet again the US meddled.
