@N7DR thanks for sharing all of those. I ran Skimmer for several years out of South East Asia ( 9V and HS) and I don't think it's related to the lack of stations reporting but just to the traffic that is less on WARC bands. Since the introduction of the QS1R ( 7 bands you could easily rotate with the RBN aggregator) and later the Red Pitaya + Pavel's Images, it's not much of a challenge to skim all of the HF bands and even an 8 years old CPU will barely sweat for CW only.

@martin77 Each posting station is counted only once per month, no matter how many stations it hears, so I think that it most likely is due to a lack of stations monitoring the WARC bands.

But to be sure, one would have to do a fairly thorough statistical analysis, and I'm not actually sufficiently motivated to write the code :-) There's always so much to do! (And I like to leave some problems for other people to work on :-) )
