The good news : I've found a fantastic torrent tracker for Arabic shows.
The bad news : the shows are not including English subtitles, even though those subtitles oftentimes exist in the wild (at the very least they do for the shows ripped on the Shahid platform)
The quest continues.

(speaking of subtitles... do you happen to have, or know where to find, the subtitles for evol ??? found the show but with no subtitle and can't find them...)
@lyingrain : I am appalled that I never recommended to you this website. It has hardcoded subtitles, which, ymmv ; the places where I know how to find softsubs are usually private and require an entire process for registration (see also : https://drama-otaku.com/registration-status/ ), so I think it's easier for you here.
