@kondziu The seeds are just marked "Jalapeño", I always ate my jalapeños green. Am I wrong ?
@Jylam Sure, you can pick them green. In that case wait until they are dark green. They will almost certainly turn red though, so you can wait until then. Red ones will be spicier.
