Love this. Learning shortcuts and neat tricks is one of the things I instantly missed after going remote and not being able to peer over colleagues shoulders. Pair programming is so great for that learning element

I love pairing with @jessewilson on random things!

I try to be more like Jesse and offer people to pair on things.

I also really like Ensemble/Mob with 3-5 people. Code reviews, refactorings, investigations, prototyping..

Ensemble is also a great excuse to have fun & learn together!
