At all times and at any time are the same
The blue circle with a line through it is the international symbol for “no parking”, and as the UK follows the internation conventions on road signage, we also have this symbol

mostly because:
- i'm not friends with the instance admin and glitchsoc is just okay
but also because the alternatives:
- pleroma and misskey are used by like exclusively extremely white queer people to my knowledge
- gotosocial isn't complete yet iirc
