An email from the FBI to #NiceNIC that was shared with DataBreaches shows the FBI trying to explain to NiceNIC why they should transfer the #BreachForums domains back to FBI nameservers or at least prevent their use by the criminals.
And not for nothing, but it has been seven days since BreachForums.st was seized, and the DOJ and its partners in other countries have yet to issue a press release or confirm whether there were any arrests.

Well, FBI took over Baphomet's Telegram channel, and there's the avatar behind bars on the splash screen, but no, there is no actual statement from DOJ or any LE partner that Baphomet was arrested. ShinyHunters announced that he had been arrested but when I asked Shiny the basis for his statement, it was not based on any word from Baphomet or anyone else confirming any arrest.
In other news: FBI and BreachForums are playing ping pong with control of the domain. FBI did convince NiceNIC to honor the court order, and the FBI splash screen was up again -- for a few minutes -- but ShinyHunters managed to regain control of it again.
