This is the level of Korean trainees right now. 🀯

GODS is a track by NewJeans that Riot used for a League of Legends video. This cover by Kang Yunjeong and Hwang Seyoung destroys the careers of 90% of "pros" everywhere.

AND IT'S JUST FOR A SURVIVAL SHOW. 🀯

@Cafeine I follow this survival show with interest. Some candidates, like these two, truly have the voice of a Goddess πŸ’œ

However they're not trainees. Not in the typical sense at least.
#KangYunJeong is a 26 yo lyrical singer and #HwangSeYoung is a 29 yo with an active singing career.

@s1m0n4 Ah thanks for this clarification, I do not follow this show (yet :D), and that explains A LOT :D

@Cafeine some contestants are young, but most of them are adults with ongoing projects in the music industry.

#JanetSuhh for instance composed and sang many songs in #ItSOKNotToBeOk #kdrama OST.

Then there's a musical theatre actress, one former idol, another girl providing the lead voice behind a virtual #kpop group, etc.

The vocal level of this competition is incredibly high.

@s1m0n4 Time for me to get those eps I guess! :D Thanks for the details!
