Excellent! Great episode as always and welcome to the fediverse! Because you’re now federated you can be discovered in any fediverse app. For example, Flipboard will soon be able to feature you to all our users who will be able to follow you and reply, like and repost to their followers on Flipboard. You’ll soon see their replies, etc right here on Threads. This should lead to even more people discovering and listening to Search Engine. All because you turned on the switch to federate.

@pjvogt @crumbler for more than a decade, I’ve been counseling my journalism students to build human connections to their audience. Major media companies are not likely to survive what’s coming, but little human beings will.

When the AI generated news ecosystem implodes, as it will, as it must, there need to be human beings to do what they’ve always done: connect with other human beings.
