Every day the Supreme Court fails to make a decision in Trump’s immunity case is effectively a decision in his favor.

They're acting like an arm of Trump's campaign by letting him run out the clock on his prosecution.

If I understand correctly, expanding the Supreme Court would have to be approved by the House and the Senate. It would require 60 votes in the Senate to pass, and Dems dont have 60. GOP Senate are corrupt cowards & certainly arent going to help.

If we ever get 60 Senate seats and majority in the House, we should push hard for it. IMO, now that the SC has clearly been politicized, the Supreme Court should be balanced at all times.
