This is an Adafruit ESP32-S3 Feather https://www.adafruit.com/product/5477 , the InvenSense ICM-20948 breakout https://www.adafruit.com/product/4554 , connected with a 50mm stemma QT (JST SH 4-Pin) Cable https://www.adafruit.com/product/4399 . And there's a 1200 mAh LiPo below https://www.adafruit.com/product/258 .

Adafruit ESP32-S3 Feather with 4MB Flash 2MB PSRAM

The ESP32-S3 has arrived in Feather format - and what a great way to get started with this powerful new chip from Espressif! With dual 240 MHz cores, WiFi and BLE support, and native USB, ...

There was just a little messing around in PlatformIO to set up the ESP32-S3 Feather on the SlimeVR project but it seems to work in my basic tests. The Feather also handles charging the battery when USB-C is connected but I haven't figured out how to hook up the battery monitoring in the SlimeVR firmware yet.
