You've heard of Fake Taxi but what are some other 'fake' scenarios that would make solid setups or just be humorous?

Fake Dentist perhaps? Something about getting cavities filled. Fake McDonalds? Not sure.

Fake astronaut training, followed by fake flight to the moon.
