As I've said before, Joe Biden doesn't have a win on the board. Democrats are going to spend the next 260 days selling out as many of their constituents as possible to audition for a place in Trump's New Order.
None of that is true.
Republicans forced clawing back the COVID funding that was paying for free vaccines for the uninsured. Democrats had little choice in order to keep the government open.
Biden has a large number of wins, from checks in people's pockets in early 2021 to huge investments in renewable deployment and research to canceling college debt for millions of Americans to capping out of pocket costs for prescriptions for seniors at $2k/year.

If that's the mental model you have for a president trying to get things accomplished in the heavily antidemocratic system we are stuck in, then yes.
