I'm still hung up on the "ingredients house" thing from TikTok, but I don't think it's because of a *lack* of prepackaged snacks.
It's because those snacks are so utterly bereft of actual substance that you had to eat your way through HALF THE CUPBOARD on day one just to get one (1) meal out of it.
Then the rest of the week all you have is random odds and ends like black beans or tomato paste.
