Given recent SCOTUS rulings narrowing the scope of corruption laws, let's say I'm just a bit skeptical that any prosecutor will pursue this.
@dangillmor Because both Big Energy and Big Journalism are owned by the same small group of Big Investors, whose interests will always be leveraged to serve each other (including Big 'Defense' and Big Pharma too).
And never forget, most politicians are their investments too, by way of campaign funding and lobbying.
