I feel like this survey might generate less interest from the community compared to the JS and CSS one, just because people aren't quite used to the idea that HTML (and browser APIs in general) are actually improving and evolving just like JS and CSS.
But in terms of actually moving the platform as a whole forward and providing useful info to browser vendors, I'd say that's probably out best survey yet!
