@thickurt I have really limited shoulder mobility from a separated shoulder (R) and torn labrum (L) -- I was trying to focus on low bar squats, and had acute pain in the elbow (and also some hand numbness) from trying to bring my wrists and elbows into the 'right' position. There's less strain in a high bar squat, but it's something I'm still trying to work on. Is there a stretching routine you like?
