I don't think the #PresidentialPardon power is a good thing. But, since they exist, #JoeBiden --who has pardoned more people than #Trump-- should pardon former DA #MarilynMosby. #Dems should use powers that the #GOP abuse.

While the power of the pardon is fundamentally undemocratic, the president should use it to do some good while he can.
