Just had the weirdest experience at the store today.

So I went to buy some Dr. Pepper (pep) for me and my bf. We haven't really been happy with the taste of the pep for a while now and decided to start mixing it with cola or pepsi to make it tastier (imo the pep had too many sweeteners/not enough sugar). At the store I noticed there were new pep cans (new design (I usually buy bottled)) and having the previous stuff in mind I thought why not take a look at how much sugar this has.
To my surprise the canned pep had 2 g more sugar per 100 ml than the bottled pep. That means we weren't hallucinating it, the pep actually was less tasty.

After that I reached to take some pepsi (for the bottled pep since canned pep is more expensive) and I noticed there were two different bottle designs - ones with the old logo and ones with the new. I thought surely the sugar amount would be the same for the old pepsi and the new one, right?
NO! The new pepsi had less sugar (about 2 less per 100 ml) than the old pepsi. But guess what, the cost was the same.

What a feeling to be scammed out of the sugar in my soft drinks, smh.

In the end I bought some canned pep to try, some bottled pep and a bottle of old pepsi.
