When I block you because you accuse me, out of the blue and in public, of being in support of racism and in general not intelligent enough to understand $TOPIC, I should report you to your instance instead of you reporting me on my instance, hours *after* I blocked you. I just talked to the admin of my instance (me) about your report and it is now resolved. No strike against me.
