Isn’t that condition illegal, and thus unenforceable (at least in the U.S.)?
Not as far as I’m aware. NDAs are pretty common.
Hmm. Maybe I’m thinking of California, and not the entire US. Still, I’m not sure a game company can just tell you to sign away your 1st Amendment rights and expect it to hold up in court.

This actually may be unconscionable if it's considered to be "never share a negative opinion about the game in perpetuity" as it's worded.
