@dmbaturin Lactose? It is estrogen with a valeric acid group. However, this valeric acid group will be removed during liver metabolism, and the final effect is estradiol. So you can understand it as a sustained-release tablet of estradiol.
@aleksana I mean the filler in the tablet. Very often it's lactose.

@ASalazar @aleksana Sometimes it's maltodextrin, sometimes it's lactose, sometime it's titanium dioxide...
But it seems like everyone in this thread just latched onto the specific filler for some reason, as if it's the most important thing in a snowclone of the quote about GNU/Linux frequently and incorrectly attributed to Richard Stallman.
