If steam just let people get the game, people could make a pan account in any region with just a zip code from that region. I just made a Japanese pan account from Europe two days ago.

This is absolutely a Sony fuckup, no question. But guess what… Storefronts, like steam, enforcing arbitrary regional restrictions on its users and delisting the game will be the actual reason people in those regions can’t play it.

Problem is Sony bans accounts made with vpn from the restricted countries.
