The latest development: The Dutch act isn't allowed to rehearse and is being "investigated" following questions from the press while the finalists were present.
The journalist had asked the Israeli singer if her presence jeopardized other people at the venue, and the (Eurovision?) press officer added she didn't have to answer. The Dutch performer, who had covered his head and face with a Dutch flag, asked "Why not?"
So yeah, I guess he's out now or something? 🙄
