Our tea room in our mostly abandoned and decrepit building had, in a box, an espresso machine left by the previous occupants. We never took it out of the box, assuming it was just broken. Why would anyone leave behind a perfectly good espresso machine?

Colleague took it out of the box today and plugged it in. The bastard works fine, we have coffee!
