It’s like… something that’s very off-trend (derogatory)

It’s also maybe not even Gen Z, but attributed to Gen Z but people who would probably be cheugy if that terms was commonly used

I'm a secondary source, but my Gen-Z nieces described it to me as a derogatory term for "something a Millennial/Gen-Xer/Boomer" would do or be associated with. Basically someone "out of touch/style" from the perspective of a Gen-Zer.
