Here's a (fictional) Borsetshire County Council Workplace Parking Levy tool https://open-innovations.org/projects/workplace-parking-levy/borsetshire/ I've had to create a dataset of fictional hereditaments and created some fictional area boundaries too (inspired by real locations).
Just think how Ambridge could improve their rural public transport with a workplace parking levy ;) Admittedly, a lot of it is due to the visitor parking at Lower Loxley Hall which may not be appropriate to include.
