There has been votewatch.eu that tracked voting and absence until 2022 but they don't provide that anymore. I think you were able to filter by MEP and see their specific votes.
For now there is mainly the data from the parliament itself https://www.europarl.europa.eu/plenary/de/votes.html?tab=votes which is kind of difficult to navigate.

@LukasZ @ArrestJK thanks! Was part of a debate with multiple MEPs, one of which was the vice president of the EU parliament. All of them voted for GEAS, one of which voted to have Julian Assange extradited to the U.S. and also against the Supply Chain Act (liberal democrat). Let's just say knowing these facts helped me to dismantle many of their stances :D

@neuimneuland @ErikUden @ArrestJK he also died in June 2023. While the site lists the votes, it does not link them with the MEP website of the parliament.
