Ars Technica
@arstechnica I average about 1,000mg caffeine a day at 201lb bodyweight between my coffee and my preworkout at 21 years old. I suppose it'll catch up to me someday but not right now
@servusdei @arstechnica What the fuck kind of preworkout shake are you drinking?
@WhiteCatTamer @arstechnica I mix together Hyde Nightmare (~350mg), creatine, pump boost (~200mg), and some BCAA energy (~150mg) and for coffees I usually have three or four
@servusdei @arstechnica Have you run that by your PCP?
