Wir haben uns sehr auf Vancouver Island gefreut, da so viel davon geschwärmt wurde. Vielleicht zu viel?! Vielleicht waren unsere Erwartungen zu hoch, denn als wir von der Stadt Vancouver auf die Insel kamen, wurde uns wieder bewusst, wie gestresst wir von Touristen-Hotspots sind.

Dabei beginnt die Saison hier erst. (Details dazu habe ich bereits in der Story erzählt.) Wir hatten einige Probleme, einen Stellplatz zu finden, einen Platz wo die Hunde laufen können und Georg arbeiten kann... Alles wirklich schwierig und sehr sehr teuer 💰
Wir haben dann beschlossen, so schnell wie möglich in den Norden zu fahren, in der Hoffnung, dass es dort nicht so voll sein wird.

A week full of highs and lows. We were really looking forward to Vancouver Island because so much was raved about it. Perhaps our expectations were too high because when we arrived from the city of Vancouver to the island, we were reminded of how stressed we are by tourist hotspots. And this is just the beginning of the season here. (I've already told the details in the story.)
