That is shockingly good for being generated. I can’t spot a single giveaway. If you don’t count the ridiculous scenario, that is.

There are a few giveaways. I questioned it when I first looked so I zoomed and look at the part of a gator next to/behind the one he’s kicking. The one behind him has a strange arm/appendage connected to their bottom jaw, the strange “porelessness” of the image is almost always a giveaway to me—or at least it’s what prompts me to look closer.
And look at the guy’s weirdly short feet, the oddly small hands, etc.
