EtherealMoon People have been remarking that numerous countries are unable to join PSN and this will lock them out of the game. But can someone explain to me how that could be true? Are they literally not on the drop-down menu for selecting your country?

Yes. PSN is only available in about 70 countries (out of 190). E.g. in the entire continent of Africa only one country has access.
Even some members of European Union don’t get PSN.
