bnmng@QasimRashid But massacres of Jews and Christians did happen. Arab leaders didn't always honor the promise. Even those protected lived under difficult and humiliating rules. Children would throw rocks at Jews and Jews were forbidden to do anything about it. Blood libel torture and executions also happened in the Arab world
The truth is complicated and muddled by conflicting and incomplete information. Each side can exploit history to justify horrible actions
