Dexcom glucose monitor servers have been down since 5pm last night and they’ve published next to zero information about why or what they are doing to resolve it.
@natesiggard Cyberattack?
@ai6yr looks like a credentialing server is down. Server refusing connections. Could possibly be ddos.

@natesiggard

Do they still work locally or are you blind to your glucose levels?

@ducksauz luckily local device reading works to both Dexcom app and second device running Omnipod is getting reading a locally. Dexcom had a prior session active. People reporting they can not instantiate new sensors while it’s down. Follow app not working. Dexcom app on primary device keeps asking for login but reports no internet connection.

It’s been giving weird innacurate readings for 48 hours though as verified with finger poke testing. That could be a separate issue for us personally, I havn’t seen mention from other users on Reddit about that.

@natesiggard grandson is T1D and his parents are dealing with sugar fluctuations the old fashioned way and nobody is happy about it.
@CatDragon im sorry to hear that. Going back to finger pokes and the pen is no fun for anyone. We deserve at least an explanation what’s going on.
@natesiggard daughter just messaged that she relogged into the app and it worked.
@CatDragon have seen mention from a few people on Reddit that things started working for them. Not for us yet
@natesiggard different server?
@CatDragon could be. Could also be DNS propagation issues. Without them telling us, we can't be sure.
