I've come to the conclusion that I hate my new job.

And I cannot change it yet because my wife finishes her studies in a month and might find a job in another city, to which we will have to move.

A 100% remote job would be wonderful, but there are not so many of them in Germany.

On the plus side, the work process at my current job is so horrible, that it helped me to build a list of questions I will ask at next interviews in order to avoid such an employer in the future

Methodologies:
- What methodologies of software development like Kanban and Agile are used in the company?
- Are there parts of these methodologies that are not used because of some reasons like not fitting the company processes?

Onboarding:
- What is the onboarding process for newcomers?
- What does usually happen when a flaw is the onboarding process is found?
- What is the last time such a flaw was found?

Work continuity:
- If a developer is assigned to a new project, how long does it take for them to get all the required access and rights?
- Does it sometimes happen so, that such a developer has to wait more than a week until they get the required access?

CI/CD:
- What is the process of code changes validation?
- How code review works?
- What automations work for each code change being merged?
