As you may know, some people think closing off, hiding with obscurity, 10 factor #verification and #encrypted this, that and the other is #progress?
Others try face, print and the latest I heard is verification through your typing in (not the sound) using Generative AI. Wot? Are you kidding?
What a pelluva. I am feeding the paranoids? #Protecting myself from The Man? The State? Data miners? 
And yeti ...
The world goes on, the kids use their phone apps and EFF this and that ...
I am starting my own instance/server BUT FIRST (yes shouting - oh dear) I have to be able to get into my own accounts. Stop using Google and American 'services' which don't work most of the time.
So for example Yandex (A rusky search engine) is better by far, than the ludicrously ad impeded google. Do no evil? They now do nothing but.
