@kagan thank you! That's always a fun component to describe. It's attached only from the waist alongside the underarms down the inner sleeve to the edge of the wrist, doesn't touch shoulders at all. IS it a cape?? 😂 Whatever it is, it looks neat so they drew it and I sewed it. I love comics lol 😂❤️

@JayJustice Monica was always my favorite Captain Marvel! Also loved her as Photon, Spectrum, and Pulsar.

But she was THE Captain Marvel when I read the original "Secret Wars" off the shelf back in 1984. AFAIK, she is also the longest-running leader of the Avengers (continuous not contiguous).

Ever since, Monica Rambeau has held a special place in my Marvel-ous heart. ❤️

Darn nice work!

I have a strange relationship to all the Captains Marvel, in that I love them all equally but differently. (Except for that robot that goes "Split!" and "Xam!".) Monica Rambeau is, to me, The Professional: she's not an alien or a pilot or a different alien or a kid with a magic word, she's the police officer who put all her professional know-how into superheroing. I don't know why more heroes don't have police training, but Monica makes good use of hers.
