#KirklandWA is the very definition of car addicted development in my book. Here's a town that has a beautiful walkable downtown, but has no ways to get there except with driving. A great promenade, that is completely filled with parking, driving cars, exhaust and loud audio, and a beautiful waterfront that is always congested. Where are the rapid route plans for here?
