Here's a fascinating 4 min video of a multitude of #TankBling #CopeCage tanks and vehicles in actual combat.

"a Russian armored assault on Krasnohorivka. The lead tank with the large shelter was left behind after its mine-roller reportedly got stuck but the other tanks and BMP/MT-LB continued the assault. It looks as though some of the other tanks/vehicles may have been lost but others continued despite strikes by mines, FPVs, or other munitions."

Video behind 'sensitive media' block. This is real warfare. I didn't see anything graphic, but still...

I scraped a lower rez version to stay within size limits and be nice to the server. A higher rez version is available here: https://twitter.com/RALee85/status/1783548394260111412

This is the first time I've seen these DIY modifications in battle. There are quite a few instances that appear to show the cope cages and additional armor being effective. Can't confirm if it was drone strikes, but a number of small direct hits on the tanks and they keep going.

Also confirmation that the weird thing on the front of one tank shared the other day is a "mine roller" and comes with its own risk. namely getting stuck negotiating dips.
