In the city of #Pechora in the #Komi Republic, there is the only hospital in the region. You can get there by rail. In the summer, they also use the ferry, and in the winter, they use the ice crossing.
Ambulance workers have to negotiate with the carriers to deliver patients on a snowmobile with a trough attached to it.
This has been happening for several years now, but the local authorities, and especially the #Kremlin, don’t care. They will happily spend money on another batch of missiles but will not allocate a single ruble to improve the lives of #Russians.
