One of my #Hue #Amarant Wall Washers broke recently. I suppose there was a water ingress somehow, sure looks like a lot of corrosion.

On the plus side, to me – and correct me if I'm wrong –, this doesn't look unsalvageable. But I can't figure out that part «2036 30A». When I search for it, I only find Bourns Gas Discharge Tube. This doesn't sound and look right. That missing part could be a fuse, but I couldn't find any matching 30A 24V DC fuse. Perhaps someone at least recognizes the vendor?

@mad If you search only for "2036 30A", on actually find only Gas Discharge Tube Arresters (GDT) [1] in round packages. Maybe this is available as squared SMD package too? Im not sure.

Usually I search for the company logo on the package [2, 3]. But here I'm not able to find this logo. (Reverse image search, maybe?)

Is this a resistor like package with two connection points? From which decade is this device?

@andy Thanks for looking! The device's from 2021. As far as I can tell, the component has two connectors. I wasn't able to find the manufacturer either — I've tried a few ways myself.
@mad As it's placed near the power supply it looks like a kind of fuse element or maybe a diode (but diodes usually have a sort of direction indicator). I can't see the PCB tracks to be sure.
