@cameronlamp Self-loathing yes. Before we had writing we've known how to treat one another, but instead, some devil or 7 deadly sins or alien scheme or evil despot or any of a billion sinister things has conspired to keep us from enjoying the same unfettered freedom of the rest of creation, all of which unquestioningly accept what they are and are never troubled by what they are not.
Nature is never hypocritical.
I try never to stop looking for ways to deal less with manmade things and ideas.👍

@cameronlamp Thanks for the reminder. I'm afraid it's what I do, but at the bottom is my hope to always share other things that have worked for me. Take 2: It's frustrating to have principles that you know are right but half the world ignores or rejects (kindness, humility), and that it makes their lives worse in the long run, too. My refuge has been meditation and patient self-examination, after 45 yrs as a middle class dogsbody.
(Working on my emotional self, the biggest neglect of my life!)
